This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the Bella AI service ("Service") available at amo-craft.com and associated platforms. By using the Service you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data: • Account Information — name, email address, and payment details when you subscribe. • Usage Data — chat messages sent to Bella, session length, feature interactions, and device/browser metadata. • Payment Data — processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. • Cookies & Analytics — session cookies and aggregate analytics to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service. • Process payments and manage your subscription. • Personalize Bella's responses to your preferences. • Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates). • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse. • Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. Chat logs may be retained for up to 12 months to improve AI model quality and may be reviewed by authorized AmoCraft staff. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Sharing of Data
We share your data only with: • Payment Processors — to handle subscription billing (e.g., Stripe). • AI Providers — anonymized message data may be sent to our AI infrastructure providers (Azure OpenAI) to generate responses. • Voice Providers — voice data may be processed by ElevenLabs for TTS generation. • Legal Authorities — if required by law or to protect the safety of users or the Company. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable law.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and process sessions. We also use analytics cookies (e.g., aggregate page views) to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect core Service functionality.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access a copy of your personal data. • Correct inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). • Object to or restrict certain processing. • Data portability.
