1. Overview
AmoCraft ("Company", "we", "us") wants you to be fully satisfied with your Bella AI subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for your Fan or Creator subscription plan. By subscribing to the Service you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Bella AI subscriptions — both Fan ($10/month) and Creator ($20/month) plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment. The 30-day window starts on the date your first payment is processed. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Subsequent billing cycles are covered by the standard refund policy described in Section 3.
3. Standard Refund Policy (After 30 Days)
After the 30-day money-back window has passed, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. We will consider a refund if: • You experienced significant technical issues caused by AmoCraft that we were unable to resolve within 7 business days of your report. • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or charge after cancellation). • A documented service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours affected your subscription period. We do not issue refunds for: • Change of mind after the 30-day window. • Partial months of service used. • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or Bella's responses (subjective quality). • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us by email at info@amo-craft.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Bella AI". Please include the following in your email: 1. The email address associated with your account. 2. The date of the charge you are disputing. 3. The reason for your refund request. 4. Any relevant screenshots or evidence (for technical issue claims). We will respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Plan Downgrades and Cancellations
If you downgrade from the Creator plan to the Fan plan mid-cycle, you will retain Creator access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the price difference. If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 30-day money-back window and this is your first subscription.
6. Exceptions — No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances: • Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (including prohibited content, abuse, or harassment). • Refund request submitted more than 30 days after the charge date, without documented technical grounds. • The account was used extensively (e.g., hundreds of messages sent) during the refund window with no reported issues. • Promotional or discounted subscriptions obtained through a partner offer (refund eligibility is specified in the individual offer terms). • Digital content already consumed, including exclusive Bella content that was downloaded or viewed.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at info@amo-craft.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct contact. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we reserve the right to dispute it and recover the amount.
8. Changes to This Policy
AmoCraft reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
