1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Bella AI ("Service") offered by AmoCraft ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Bella AI is an AI-powered virtual companion and interactive avatar available through amo-craft.com and associated platforms. The Service includes text and voice chat with the AI character "Bella," exclusive digital content, and other features as described in your subscription plan.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer two subscription plans: • Fan Plan — $10 per month. Includes unlimited text chat, daily mood updates, exclusive fan content, and a custom nickname. • Creator Plan — $20 per month. Includes all Fan Plan features plus voice chat, priority responses, behind-the-scenes content, early feature access, and a Creator badge. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are stated in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By providing payment information you authorize AmoCraft to charge the applicable subscription fee each billing cycle. All payments are processed securely. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@amo-craft.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented technical issues on our end.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Generate, distribute, or solicit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or AmoCraft staff. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the AI model or any proprietary content. • Impersonate Bella or AmoCraft in any public channel. • Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service, including but not limited to Bella's character design, voice, animations, and AI responses, is the exclusive intellectual property of AmoCraft. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant AmoCraft a non-exclusive license to use it to improve the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Bella is an AI character. Her responses are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). AmoCraft makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. The relationship between you and Bella is entertainment and companionship in nature only.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at amo-craft.com/privacy. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmoCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AmoCraft is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
